VCT Masters: something delivers an ACE for a strong opening, PRX reverses G2 with a comeback from one game down

In the loser bracket semifinals of the Valorant Santiago Masters, PRX reversed the match against G2 after losing the first game, advancing to the loser bracket finals to compete against NRG.

Map 1: Abyss

In the second round of the first half, babybay quickly took position, enabling G2 to hold the A site and reverse the round, leading to a three-win streak for G2.

In round 5, babybay's first shot with the Marshal missed the crossing at Long C, allowing PRX to swiftly enter the site; G2's defense failed to hold, and PRX secured a turnaround round.

Early on, PRX struggled against G2's aggressive pushes, but strong performances from something and dafo narrowed the gap, though PRX still trailed by two rounds at halftime.

Entering the second half, G2 won the pistol round, but in the bonus round something stepped up with a four-kill hold against G2's cautious positioning.

Entering the second half, PRX achieved a four-win streak to reach match point first; G2 recovered five rounds, and in round 20, despite babybay being eliminated early, JAWGEMO delivered a four-kill streak at site B to secure the round.

In round 22, PRX eliminated G2 at site A, and babybay couldn't hold out at the last moment; PRX denied the comeback and successfully won Map 2.

In the first round of the first half, something immediately scored an ACE, followed by dafo's impressive four-kill, giving PRX a six-win streak start.
