Breaking up! Luka Doncic's fiancée files court petition seeking child support for two children.

On March 11 Beijing time, legal documents obtained by TMZ Sports show that Doncic's fiancée, Anamaria Goltes, has filed a petition requesting Doncic to pay child support for two minor children.

The documents indicate that Anamaria moved back to Slovenia in May last year, and since then the two children have been living with her, including a young daughter born in December 2025. The petition does not involve custody changes, only seeking child support and attorney fees.

The specific reasons for Anamaria filing the petition are currently unclear; there could be various circumstances, one of which might be to formally establish the child support arrangement through U.S. courts.

Doncic and Anamaria began dating in 2016, and the 27-year-old Doncic proposed to her on July 7, 2023.

The Los Angeles Lakers superstar and Anamaria's first daughter, Gabriela, was born on November 30, 2023; their younger daughter, Olivia, was born on December 4, 2025, and Doncic made a special trip back to Slovenia to be present.

Doncic was traded to the Lakers in a blockbuster deal involving Davis in February 2025, after previously leading the Dallas Mavericks to the NBA Finals.

Previous U.S. media reports stated that Doncic had liked posts of several female celebrities and models; the Los Angeles environment changed the player, and he has not posted content related to his fiancée for a long time.

It is worth noting that Doncic himself comes from a divorced family. His parents divorced in 2008, when Doncic was about 9 years old. Doncic's father, Sasha Doncic, is a former Slovenian professional basketball player and coach.

His mother, Miriam Poterbin, a former hurdler and model, obtained custody of Doncic after the divorce, and he was raised solely by his mother. Doncic remains in contact with his father, especially regarding basketball matters, but is closer to his mother.

So far this season, Doncic has played 52 games for the Lakers, averaging 32.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 8.4 assists per game. The Lakers currently stand at 39 wins and 25 losses, ranking fifth in the Western Conference.
